We require an NBI Clearance to ensure safety and peace of mind.

5. Trading History

We verify how long the business has been operating in the trade.

6. Professional Qualifications

We check for relevant certifications (TESDA, PRC) for skilled trades.

7. Insurance Coverage

We check if the business holds valid public liability insurance (where applicable).

8. References

We contact previous customers or employers to verify work quality and reliability.

9. Credit Check

We perform a basic credit check to ensure financial stability.

10. VAT/Tax Registration

We verify tax registration status where applicable.

11. Code of Conduct

Every tradesperson must sign and agree to the Verifix Code of Conduct.

12. Ongoing Monitoring

We continuously monitor reviews and feedback to ensure standards are maintained.
